July 26 Paddle After Hours-Jay/Livermore Falls

ALT/Chisholm Trails Paddle After Hours-Jay/Livermore Falls. Paddlers will explore the scenic Androscoggin River that flows between the Otis Falls Mill and Pine Island in Jay and meet afterwards at the Mill Street Café for refreshments.  Meet at Mill Street, Otis Mill in Jay. Canoes and kayaks welcome. Bethel Outdoor Adventures will have boats to use for a donation to ALT. 

Rentals will be available on the night of the event through the newly opened Lewiston Auburn Canoe and Kayak Rental. You can reserve in advance by calling Bethel Outdoor Adventures at 207-824-4224 or Darryn Dushane at (207) 841-2997. A portion of rental proceeds will go to support the Androscoggin River Greenway project of ALT 

Directions to Otis Mill:

From the North: follow Route 4 south to Jay.  After Franchetti's Market, take an immediate right onto Mill St.   You’ll see the Otis Mill Complex.  Cross the railroad tracks and bear right towards the Mill St Café.  Park there.  

From the South: Take Route 4 north through Livermore across the Androscoggin River. Take a left onto Main street (still Route 4) and then a left onto Mill St. You'll see the Otis Mill Complex. Cross the railroad tracks and bear right towards the Mill St. Cafe. Park there.
