Barker Mill Trail Community Volunteer Day

Parking is at Model Railroad Club (across Mill Street)
The Maine Army National Guard has cleared the trees and major vegetation that have blocked access to the trail.
LA Trails, a program of the Androscoggin Land Trust is co-promoting a community volunteer day on August 27th to spread wood chips, pick up trash and mark the trail for community use after the Guard has completed their work.
Light snacks will be provided for volunteers. Please send an RSVP, so we will have a sense of who is coming and other materials needed, to info@latrails.org or call 207-782-2302. The Barker Mill Trail is located off Mill Street in New Auburn.
