Please come join the Durham Conservation Commission (DCC), the Androscoggin Land Trust (ALT) and our local Girl Scout troop on Saturday April 24th for our annual spring clean up at the Durham River Park. The Durham River Park is managed by the Durham Conservation Commission and permanently conserved by the Androscoggin Land Trust as part of its Androscoggin Greenway initiative. There is plenty to be done and there are tasks for all ages and talents.
We will be starting at 10:00 am and hope to be done by 12:00. The park is on Route 136 just past the Get-n-Go. Feel free to bring pruners, rakes and shovels not to mention a good pair of work gloves.
